After welding(2), grinding and polishing(3), and pretreating(4), a baked-on powder coat finish is applied(5). This ultra-smooth finish offers protection against rust and severe weather conditions to make sure the beauty lasts for years.

During final assembly(6), skilled craftsmen pre-hang the door in a heavy metal frame, install glass and screen panels, and inspect the door for quality control. Doors are carefully inspected once again and packaged with custom designed packaging materials(7) to ensure the product is delivered to your home in excellent condition.
